Welcome! I am a scientist, professional engineer and enthusiastic volunteer for many professional and social organizations. Currently I am working as a Hydrologist and Water Policy Specialist in Alberta Environment and Parks. My role helps to ensure that advice, policy, regulations and management outcomes are supported by scientific and technical principles of natural resource management. I am also working as a Practice Review Board Member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). My voluntary role as a member of the Practice Review Board will help to ensures that APEGA's procedures in the areas of registration, discipline, maintenance of competence, and enforcement are adequate to protect the public interest.
I am a Co-Founder of Water Resources Engineers Forum, an online platform for water resources education, awareness and research. I am an amateur musician and loves to spend times in music. I am an actor and director for several theatre arts in Edmonton.

Guest Lecture at University of Alberta (November 2021)
Lake Hydrology: Theory and Application
Delivered a guest lecture on "Lake Hydrology: Theory and Application" at the University of Alberta course CIVE 431 (Water Resources Engineering). The lecture aimed to provide a basic understanding of lake water balance in general, for instance, quantifying incoming water into a lake, outgoing water from a lake, and changes in lake storage. Various theoretical and applied topics related to lake water balance were explored, for instance, lake watershed delineation, lake evaporation, lake area capacity curves, etc. Finally, a lake water balance example was demonstrated.

This study evaluates GCMs participating in the CMIP6 for their ability in simulating historical means and extremes of daily precipitation, and daily maximum, and minimum temperature in Alberta.
A Proposed Framework for Ganges Brahmaputra Meghna (GBM) Basin Compact
In this article we presented our opinion that it is important to strive to achieve an integrated water-sediment-biodiversity-landuse management compact involving all co-riparian nations in the Ganges-Brahmaputra-Meghna (GBM) basin.
